For the 2024-2025 school year, St. Paul School District has met the Community Eligibility Program(CEP) requirements, which means all students can receive one breakfast and one lunch at no charge. Free breakfast and lunch are available to all students.  To be free the meal must be qualified as a fully reimbursable meal.  A la Carte items such as milk are not free under federal guidelines.
